Where, When, Who, What, How long?
We travelled to Brighton on Wednesday 19/10/11 to shoot some of our continuous shots including our protagonist actor only. This involved the use of the fish eye camera lens. The actually shooting session lasted for 2 hours. However in consideration of time travelling the day last for approximately 5 hours.
What did you achieve?
From this shooting session on Wednesday we achieved numerous shoots of our continuous effect. We filmed the entire song through walking along one street. However we stopped after every set of lyrics and moved forward in location.
What problems/obstacles did you encounter?
The main problem we encountered was the public walking through our shoots. We had to keep stopping and waiting for empty spaces in the road side, although the was a problem it only added a few minutes onto our time spent filming.
What did you learn that you can take into the next shoot?
We learnt from this shoot to check the mis-ene-scene extremely thoroughly as in some of our shots there are pieces which do not fit in with out shoot, such as bags etc.
