The role of the producer is to organise the time and equipment. This is to make sure we get the shots we need and have time to do the editing. We have also factored in time to reshoot shots and new parts of the video for the situation we may have if we don't have enough footage or we don't like the footage we have.
We have recorded these dates onto a calender and this has allowed us to be able to see where we will have the time to reshoot some of our shots. It has also allowed us to visually see where the deadline is.
The planning deadline is the 14th October and we will be working hard to meet this deadline for all of our posts. We have been told the construction deadline will be December 2nd although this may be compromised with the weather being very unpredictable and this may have to be moved back.
